Common cases
Face ID / Touch ID not working
Sign in with the e-mail link, then add your fingerprint or Face ID again in Settings → Security.
Send a sign-in linkNo access to your e-mail
Write to us with the form. We check the account is yours and change the e-mail. Then we sign you out everywhere and you set up your sign-in again.
Fill in the formA child cannot sign in
Set a new PIN for a forgotten one in Settings → Security → Kid sign in PIN.
