Forgive a deduction
You can forgive any deduction for a skipped chore. Open it in your child's Activity and click Forgive the deduction: your child gets the coins back and the deduction stays in Activity as forgiven.
Steps
Open your child's page and in Activity click the row with the deduction.
Click Forgive the deduction.
Where to find deductions. They're taken after midnight, and around 7 AM you get one notification about them. Then they're in your child's Aktivita.
The coins come back right away. On the original row in their Historie, your child sees that the deduction is forgiven.
The perfect week stays. A forgiven deduction doesn't spoil it.
Changed your mind? A forgiven deduction has an Undo forgiving button.
Forgiving fixes things after a deduction. For sickness or a trip, free days are better, because no deduction is taken at all.
If something doesn't work
- The Forgive the deduction button is missing.
- You need the right to give extra coins and deductions. Ask an adult with full access, such as the person who invited you.
- Your child did the chore and just didn't check it off.
- Use Done earlier instead. The deduction comes back (with the right to give extra coins and deductions) and the coins for doing the chore are added.
