Promises for days without a slip
You can promise your child a reward in advance for a run of days without a slip, like a trip to the zoo for 14 days. A promise brings coins or a custom reward.
Steps
Open Settings › Family › Perfect week and turn it on.
Click Add a promise and fill in the number of days, the coins or a custom reward, repeating and who it's for.
A day without a slip is a day when your child did all their chores. Your child sees these days as Full days.
You confirm the coins, unless you turn on Add automatically. You get a notification in the morning and confirm the coins in the Waiting for you block.
For a custom reward, JARVIS only reminds you, you have to give it yourself.
Start with a week
Seven days without a slip for a smaller reward is something your child can manage, and they'll see how it works. Add a longer promise, like 30 days, once the first one works out.
If something doesn't work
- A kept promise didn't show up.
- It's checked every morning, for the previous day.
- The run broke because of sickness.
- Next time set free days, they don't break the run.
