How we protect your family's data
We store the names of chores, tasks, rewards and goals, and your notes, encrypted with your family's key. We don't sell data, we use no advertising tools, and you can download or delete your data at any time.
What is encrypted
Each family has its own key. The server decrypts content only in memory, when someone in the family works with it or when a notification, e-mail or activity overview entry is being put together. It is not decrypted in the JARVIS admin. This is not end-to-end encryption.
Balances and amounts are not encrypted, because the app has to calculate with them. Without the names, they are just numbers.
What we measure
No advertising and no selling data. We use no advertising cookies or pixels.
Help us improve. Optional consent. If you turn it on, we count which screens get used, only as daily totals without names. You can change it in Nastavení › Privacy. The iPhone app always sends operational events without names, even without consent.
Error reporting always runs. Without it we wouldn't know when the app crashes. We strip e-mails, passwords and sign-in tokens from it.
