Download or delete data
You download your data in Settings › Privacy, and you can delete your account there too. You download or delete one child's data in their settings.
Steps
Your account: in Settings › Privacy, click Download JSON, then Delete account if you want.
One child: in Settings › Family, open the child and click Download kid's data or Erase kid's data.
The account export is a JSON file with your profile, family membership and consents. Open it in a text editor. Your family's encrypted content isn't in it yet, we send it on request.
A child's data also includes the decrypted names and notes.
Removing a child from the family can be undone within 30 days. Deleting a child's data can't be undone.
The whole family is deleted by the family owner at the bottom of Nastavení › Family: click Delete family and then Dissolve family. All kids, rules, history and the owner's account are deleted.
Deleting an account or a child's data can't be undone. Download the data first.
If something doesn't work
- You want your family's encrypted content too.
- Write to us at hey@jarvis.kids, or visit Support.
- You can't delete the whole family.
- Only the family owner can delete it. If that's you, first remove the other adults with full access.
