Approve what your child did
When your child finishes something or picks a reward, you get a notification. You decide in Approvals, and coins move only after you approve.
Steps
Click the notification, or open Approvals.
Click the checkmark next to an item to approve it, or the X to decline it. Click the name to open the details.
When you decline, write a short reason. Your child sees it in their History.
In Approvals you'll find:
Tasks and chores your child has finished.
Rewards they picked in the Obchod, and goals they want to claim.
Proposals for new rewards and goals. You set the price.
Hand to kid: approved rewards waiting for you to actually give them.
Approved by mistake?
Right after approving, click Undo. Later you can do it in the record's details, more in Undo an approval made by mistake.
If something doesn't work
- Your child says they did it, but nothing is waiting.
- They probably forgot to click. Your child can still send today on their own, and you confirm older days up to 7 days back with Done earlier.
- Notifications don't arrive.
- Check notifications and quiet hours.
- You can't approve.
- You don't have the right to approve. An adult with full access can give it to you, such as the person who invited you.
