Undo an approval made by mistake

Approved something by mistake? Right after, click Undo. Later, click Undo approval in the record's details.

Right after approving: you have 6 seconds for Undo in the bar at the bottom. Until then, nothing is saved. Another approval or leaving the page saves it right away.
Later: on your child's page, open the record in Activity and click Undo approval.

You can undo a chore, a task or a reward. An approved reward or goal proposal can't be undone.
The coins come back, as if the approval never happened.
The item waits again in Schvalování. You can then approve it, or decline it with a reason.
Your child gets a notification that the approval was undone and the item is waiting for a new decision.

Undoing doesn't lower your child's level. For a chore or task, only one step toward the next level is taken away.

If something doesn't work

The Undo approval button is missing.: Undoing an approval needs the right to give extra coins and deductions, and in the iPhone app so does the Undo button right after approving. Ask an adult with full access, such as the person who invited you.
You only want to cancel a deduction.: That's a different action, see Forgive a deduction.
Your child asks why their coins went down.: On the record in their Historie, they see that the approval was undone. Tell them why.
